
Rent the Pickford!
The ideal location for your next screening, presentation, or meeting could be The Pickford Cinema. The Pickford Cinema is currently available for filmmaker screenings, school presentations, business presentations and meetings.
The Pickford Cinema is our 88-seat theatre, located in the heart of Downtown Bellingham. We are capable of running 35mm film, as well as most digital presentation media in High Definition. We have laptop hookups to our digital projector from the back of the auditorium or from in the projection booth for presentations.
Cost: Currently $75 an hour for “off hours” rentals. To supplant a regularly scheduled show requires a higher rate and is subject to negotiation.
“Off hours”: Off hours are defined as the hours that lie outside the regularly scheduled show times. These times are typically before 3 PM on weekdays. Some weeks are more fully booked, please call for availability.
Payment: Terms are 50% upon acceptance of contract, and the remainder is due at time of rental.
Concessions: Concessions, including the Pickford’s famous popcorn and flavor station, can be made available upon request; concessions revenue will remain with the Pickford Cinema. Popcorn for your guests can be made available for an extra fee with any rental agreement.
Group Screenings: For educational institutions and community organizations seeking to bring a group to see one of our currently running films, a special screening at a time more convenient for your group can be requested. For these screenings the group must include a minimum of 25 people in attendance. If you wish to bring a group of 10 or more to a regularly scheduled screening please email Ryan at the box office to make arrangements. You may qualify for a group discount.
