TICKETS/MOVIES

How do I buy tickets?
To book tickets online, select a film and time on our home page. Alternatively, you can purchase tickets in-person at the box office.
Do I need to buy tickets ahead of time?
We always encourage folks to buy tickets to any screening ahead of time, especially for one-night only events that tend to sell quickly with limited capacity.
How long will a film be playing?
We make the schedule week-to-week depending on the performance of a given film over the weekend and other scheduling variables and therefore cannot predict how long we’ll have a film for its run at the theater.
I want to buy tickets to a movie in two weeks but I can’t see that on the website.
We finalize and confirm our schedule on Monday of each week for the subsequent Friday through Thursday. So, usually, the website is updated with this information Monday evening or Tuesday morning. With some of the bigger titles, we’re able to provide presale tickets well in advance but it varies film to film. The best thing to do is stay updated on our newsletter, social media, and website for the most up to date information. If you’ve placed a film in your watchlist and agreed to receive email communications from us, then you’ll be notified when that film’s tickets go on sale.
Do you have audio description headsets?
Yes! Just ask someone at the box office and they will assist you.  Check out all of our Accessibility features on the ACCESSIBILITY tab on the Sidebar Menu (to open, click the three lines in the top corner)
How long are your trailers before the film?
Our trailers run anywhere between ten and fifteen minutes before the film.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds online or over the phone. Refunds can only be made in person, at the box office prior to the scheduled showtime. If you cannot attend a showtime you’ve purchased tickets for, you can exchange your tickets for a future date or for account credits on our website any time prior to the screening.
Can I purchase tickets without storing my credit card information?
Of course! When checking out, you'll find various ways to process your payment: third-party payment options, an option to add your card as your default payment method, and below those, where it says "Card number, etc.," enter your information as you would for any one-time, online purchase.
Can I purchase tickets on Fandango?
We strongly suggest you purchase tickets on our website.  Fandango charges a $2.19 convenience fee per ticket.  Non-members purchasing tickets on our website are charged a lower $0.95 service fee per ticket.  PFC members do not pay a service fee on our website, and cannot access their member discounts anywhere but our site and box office.

Why isn't my gift card working?
When using a gift card that was purchased prior to January 24th, 2023 (the plastic cards with an illustration on the front), please enter the number with a letter "Z" at the beginning of the sixteen-digit card number. The PIN number on the card is not necessary.
Can I bring food into the theater that I didn't get at the Pickford?
Outside food is not permitted in our theaters. We have a variety of movie concessions for purchase, including popcorn, candy, sweet and savory snacks, cheese plates and more!  We also serve soda, beer and wine.
Do I need to bring the card I purchased a ticket with if I have an e-ticket?
No, just bring your ticket on your smartphone or a printed copy of it.
