It has been a big year for Pickford Film Center! This past summer, after four years of planning, fundraising, and building, we opened the Pickford on Grand, our fancy new three-screen cinema, less than a block away from the Pickford mothership on Bay St. The Grand was expensive to build and required hard work. We thought we had the budget raised in advance but once construction started expenses ballooned in unexpected ways.

We thank you and the rest of our generous supporters for giving the gift of the Grand to our community.

Now there is a short-term construction loan that is going to come due and we need to continue to raise funds by reaching out to the folks who have already proven you care. Can you help us make a dent in the last $450,000 to pay for the Grand? Consider giving again, or give for the first time because you love the new theater, you believe that it makes your life more interesting, and provides an asset to the community.
