Join us in celebrating ONE YEAR of the Pickford on Grand! We want to thank you, our community, for the incredible support you've given us in our first year at Pickford on Grand. A team of our projectionists worked together to curate a lineup of films that defined cinema and wowed the world with its GRAND-eur.

While you're here for a movie, grab exclusive brand new Pickford on Grand merch designed by our very own projectionist Boone Farrell. Be sure to attend Speed at Outdoor Cinema on July 31 to be one of the first to see the new designs and walk away with swag. Throughout the month of August, you'll also find selections of movie posters and items from local artists and businesses available for bidding in a silent auction in the theater lobby. The auction will close on August 31, with winners contacted on September 1. Proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the Pickford Film Center and are 100% tax-deductible.

We are so close to closing the books on the Grand! How amazing would it be to make our final payment during the Grandiversary celebrations? Description

The Storyteller’s Seasonal is a quarterly, hour-long event that consists of short films (15 mins or less) submitted from students and DIY filmmakers from our area, and the filmmaker whose film wins the audience vote chooses the next Seasonal’s quarterly theme.

The Seasonal is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and cultivate the visual storytelling of filmmakers at all levels and to provide a venue where these visual storytellers can share their ideas in a supportive, fun and low-pressure environment. So please do come and enjoy with us the creative endeavors of these local and emerging filmmakers!
