Title Description

A PICKFORD SERIES AT THE GRAND

Description

A crime drama mixed with healthy doses of the surreal, this series by David Lynch is about FBI Agent Dale Cooper, who travels to the small logging town of Twin Peaks to solve the murder of seemingly innocent high schooler Laura Palmer. Almost nothing is as it seems, however, and the show's sometimes eerie visuals, oddball characters, and wild dream sequences drive the point home.

This winter, Twin Peaks is coming back to the big screen at the Pickford with a special selection of Season 2 episodes. The show blends crime drama, soap opera, and surreal moments as FBI Agent Dale Cooper investigates Laura Palmer’s murder—a case that only gets stranger the further he digs.
In Season 2, the visions become more intense, doppelgängers appear, and reality starts to blend with the strange. We’re focusing on the episodes where David Lynch’s style stands out, including the lead-up to the killer’s reveal and the famous finale he directed. Each screening will show two episodes in a row.
