Unfortunately, at this time, the Pickford Film Center is unable to book private screenings and rentals as we prepare for the opening of our new location on Grand Avenue. We will be reopening rentals with a new pricing structure in 2026.

Want to see how your film looks on the big screen, or test your sound mix? Pickford Film Center has two theaters equipped with 2K bulb projection and Dolby 7.1 surround sound. We are pleased to offer a discounted rental rate for local filmmakers and crews to test films in a cinema setting without an audience.

We ARE able to accommodate full-theater buyouts for showtimes that are on the schedule. Fill out the form below to make a request to get the whole place to yourself. Concession discount bundles are available for your group if desired. Requests are not a guarantee. You will be contacted to schedule your event.
- PRICING DETERMINED BY CAPACITY OF THEATER* + SHOWTIME @ $10 PER TICKET
- MON - FRI MATINEE + MON/TUES EVENING: Minimum of 50% ticket purchase based on theater capacity
- WED/THURS EVENING: Minimum of 75% ticket purchase based on theater capacity
- FRIDAY EVE/SATURDAY/SUNDAY ALL DAY: 100% ticket purchase based on theater capacity
- HOLIDAYS AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY

- 20-SEAT JEWEL BOX THEATER ALWAYS REQUIRES A 100% BUYOUT *
- Buyouts are generally only available for new release films and are not allowed for event or series screenings. Exceptions might be arranged.

Want to rent the Pickford for your next event?
At this time, private rental hours are restricted.
At this time, the Pickford Film Center is unable to book private screenings and rentals during our normal operating hours.
Private rentals may be scheduled outside of normal operating hours. Your event needs to end no later than 1:00 pm on a weekday or 10:00 am on the weekends OR, start late at night. These parameters are fully dependent on Pickford programming and do not guarantee any particular date — fill out the form below to make a request.
RENTAL FEE: $250 for a 2-hour event
Rental fee does not include film licensing fees.
